Delete your account inside the app
- Open VisionText.
- Open Settings or Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the deletion information.
- Confirm your request.
Request deletion by email
Send an email from your registered address to thinkipysoft@gmail.com using the subject VisionText Account Deletion Request.
Account information and associated server-side user data will be removed after verification. Locally stored scans, history, favorites and PDFs can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the application.
Data that may be retained
Records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained for the legally required period.
