1. Description of Service
VisionText provides image-to-text extraction, live scanning, handwriting recognition, multi-language OCR, image cropping, PDF creation, text-to-speech, history, favorites and sharing tools.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. You are responsible for accurate registration details, protecting your credentials and all activity performed through your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use VisionText only for lawful purposes.
- Do not process content without the necessary rights or permission.
- Do not bypass security, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service.
- Do not represent unverified OCR output as certified information.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of images, documents, PDFs and text you process. You grant only the limited permission required to operate optional online or synchronization features.

Payments are handled by Google Play, Apple App Store or another authorized provider. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store account.
7. Intellectual Property
VisionText’s source code, branding, logo, design, graphics and documentation are owned by or licensed to ThinkIpySoft.
8. Availability and Updates
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation on every device.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, VisionText is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that OCR will always be accurate or that all data will always be recoverable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkIpySoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from OCR errors, lost data, service interruption or third-party services.
